These terms cover buying and using products from Vester, including Through the Night. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Vester sells digital guides, workbooks and audio through this website. You can reach us at [email protected].
What you buy
Every Vester product is digital: Through the Night and Daylight are PDF guides, each sold with its workbook (a separate PDF) at no extra cost, and the Audio Wind-Downs are MP3 files. The Complete Reset (the Night + Day Package) contains all of them in one ZIP download. Nothing physical is shipped. After checkout, you get a download link by email. If the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us and we’ll send it again.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged once; there is no subscription. Depending on where you live, sales tax or VAT may be added or included at checkout. Checkout runs on Shopify, and your card is charged when you place the order.
Refunds
Every order comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a product isn’t right for you, contact us or use the refund form within 30 days of your purchase, and we’ll refund the full price to your original payment method. You don’t need to give a reason.
Using the guide
Your purchase gives you a personal license to download, read, fill in, and print the files for your own use. Please don’t resell, share, upload, or redistribute them. The text, design, and worksheets belong to Vester and are protected by copyright.
Not medical advice
Through the Night is a general wellness and education guide about sleep habits. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Talk to your doctor before making changes that affect your health, and about any sleep problem that persists. Results vary, and we don’t promise any particular result.
Limits on our responsibility
The guide is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Vester is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms, and will change the date above when we do. The terms in place when you placed your order apply to that order.
